Dry Ice Blasters Offer Innovative Cleaning Method for Automotive Lines and General Equipment
Cold Jet® has reinvented dry ice blasting with the Aero₂® PCS® 60 and PLT® 60. The Aero₂ Series is the highest performing line of dry ice blasters available, according to the company.
The dry ice blasters can be used for a variety of applications including parts finishing, equipment and tool cleaning, surface preparation, and coatings and corrosion removal.
The Aero₂ series was designed with the operator in mind, offering an ergonomic design for optimal comfort. Dave Burbrink, the lead designer from Cold Jet for the Aero₂ series says, "From the onset of the project, our motto was 'LESS ICE, LESS AIR, LESS NOISE'."
This line of dry ice blasters puts operators in complete control. The machines are easy to use with an intuitive HMI display allowing operators to reduce air and dry ice consumption by fine tuning blasting parameters. With a drastic weight and size reduction compared to competing machines, and wheels designed for mobility and maneuverability, the Aero₂ series provides an enhanced cleaning experience.
